Beyoncé posted another fashion moment on Instagram, so obviously it’s time to take your whole day off. She wears sheer bubblegum pink pants and a matching swimsuit-style bustier, all by Charlotte Knowles (unrelated!).

The 2021 Grammys were perhaps his best sartorial moment. After the ceremony, she donned a silver Burberry dress and turban with Lorraine Schwartz jewelry to dine with her husband, Jay-Z.

During this pandemic, Beyoncé has done a lot more than contribute some stunning looks on the internet (although we thank her for that). During her speech at YouTube’s “Dear Class of 2020” virtual event, she delivered a message to graduates that underscored the importance of activism, especially after the murders of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor and many other black lives that inspired the last Black Lives Matter events of the year around the world.

She said, in part:

“One of the main purposes of my art for many years has been to show the beauty of black people to the world: our history, our depth and the value of black life. I have done my best to break down the veil of appeasement for those who might feel uncomfortable with our excellence. To young women, our future leaders, know that you are about to make the world go round. I see you. You are all the world needs. Do these power moves; be excellent. And to the Young Kings: Look at your vulnerability and redefine masculinity. Lead with heart. There are so many different ways to be brilliant. I believe that you and every human being were born with a masterful gift. Don’t make the world feel like you have to look a certain way to be brilliant. And no, you don’t have to speak a certain way to be brilliant, but you have to spread your gift across the planet in a way that is genuinely you. To all those who feel different: if you are part of a group called another, “a group that doesn’t have the chance to be on the front of the stage, to build its own stage and to show you.”
