Fans hail Aamir Khan-Kiran Rao’s decision to co-parent Azad after divorce, Pooja Bhatt says “nothing new about co-parenting”
Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao’s decision to go their separate ways after being married for 15 years has shocked many. The announcement of their divorce was made by a statement from the couple on Saturday.
“During these 15 beautiful years together, we have shared a lifetime of experiences, joy and laughter, and our relationship has only grown in trust, respect and love. Now we would like to start a new chapter in our life – no longer as husband and wife, but as co-parents and family for each other. We started a planned separation some time ago and now we feel at home. comfortable to formalize this arrangement, to live separately while sharing our lives like an extended family does. We remain devoted parents to our son Azad, whom we will raise and raise together, ”the joint statement read by Aamir and Kiran.
It is graceful. Divorce is graceful. Instead of making life toxic, painful, it is better to separate.
Indian society should view divorce as a healthy business rather than with stigma. https://t.co/GzGmKSKbZ5

When I saw that, I wanted to whaaaaatttt ???
They might have issues that we really can’t predict. Not everything that everyone looks nice doesn’t always mean that he / she is really nice.
No one should suffer in life, if you are not happy together, go our separate ways, it’s easy and it’s OK! https://t.co/cT8OYY5cJf

While some fans have dragged Aamir and Kiran around for their decision, some have praised the way the couple decided to “co-parent” their son Azad Khan.
Pooja Bhatt shared her thoughts on co-parenting on Sunday and said there was nothing new about it. She tweeted: “Nothing new about co-parenting even after you decide to separate as husband and wife.” The actor-filmmaker explained that “relationships are not / are not made on paper. They are written on the heart.
Most marriages end badly. Those who do not are considered an anomaly. People understand and accept bitterness and hatred more than largesse and compassion. This is why most people would rather live a lie than face the truth about themselves and a relationship they are in.

Bhatt also mentioned how “nurturing a respectful relationship through and even after the end of a marriage requires integrity. Few do. “Most marriages end badly. Those who do not are considered an anomaly. People understand and accept bitterness and hatred more than largesse and compassion. That’s why most people would rather live a lie than face the truth about themselves and the relationship they’re in, ”Pooja’s full post read.
Pooja’s tweets were shared hours after Kiran and Aamir revealed their decision to end their marriage. In their statement, however, Aamir and Kiran made it clear that the two will continue to collaborate on projects they are passionate about and called on their supporters to see the divorce not as an end but “as the start of a new journey.” .
