For mehendi, they were both seen in Anita Dongre sets and looked beautiful together. Sanjana opted for a hand-painted lehenga featuring traditional Pichwai art – inspired by mystical Indian forests – with hand-made gota patti embroidery. It was further embellished with dori, pearls, zari, zardosi and sequins.

She accessorized the look with the designer’s earrings and completed it with her hair pulled back into a messy knot.

Jasprit completed her traditional look well in an off-shite sherwani that featured similar patterns with Anita Dongre shoes.

For their wedding, the couple opted for Sabyasachi creations. The bride was seen in a pale pink lehenga embroidered with silk thread. The look was accessorized with iconic heirloom jewelry crafted with the designer’s uncut diamonds.

The Indian cricketer, meanwhile, was seen in a raw silk sherwani by the designer. This was paired with a tussard-georgette shawl and accessorized with “strands of tourmalines and a kilangi studded with rough diamonds and tourmalines from the Sabyasachi heritage jewelry collection,” informs the designer’s Instagram page.

What do you think of their appearance?
