Kate Middleton sets sail in style.
The Duchess and Duke of Cambridge were spotted attending the Platinum Jubilee Sailing Regatta in Nassau, Bahamas on Friday wearing breezy looks befitting a fun day on board, while racing against each other in a torrential downpour.
For Middleton’s outfit, she opted for a white, short-sleeved, button-up polo shirt from Gill Marine featuring a blue stripe. On the lower half, she wore a pair of short khaki shorts that had a heavily folded hem for an airy finish. After the festivities of being on the water, Middleton donned a white jacket with red and blue accents.
As for accessories, Middleton jumped on a brown woven belt from Brora that incorporated gold hardware. She also donned a pair of gold braided earrings from SpellsOfLove for a touch of sparkle. In other snaps, after a day of sailing, she wore a white cap that had “Ant’s Nest” printed on it.
To anchor it all, the Duchess wore a pair of white low-top trainers from Superga which looked casual and complemented her clean-lined ensemble perfectly.
The Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William are on an eight-day tour that includes visits to Belize, Jamaica and the Bahamas on behalf of Queen Elizabeth. The occasion – notably similar to the Queen’s first visit to Jamaica in 1953 – will also be a great opportunity for the couple to champion causes like the Earthshot Prize. The couple represent William’s grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, on their tour to honor her Platinum Jubilee year, which signifies her 70 years on the throne.
