As Rishi Kapoor’s family remember him on his death anniversary, his son Ranbir Kapoor and girlfriend Alia Bhatt have joined Neetu Kapoor at her home. On Friday morning, the Bollywood couple were photographed by a cameraman outside Rishi-Neetu’s house in Bandra.

While Ranbir was seen wearing a white t-shirt with blue jeans and a cap, his face was covered with a mask. Alia also donned a similar black mask and was seen wearing a pastel pink and pistachio pink salwar costume, and carrying a huge handbag.

Rishi Kapoor’s sister Rima Jain said a havan would be made by Ranbir and Neetu and the family would join Zoom. “Neetu has a havan puja online, which she and Ranbir are going to do. We’ll be part of it through Zoom as well, ”she told Pinkvilla.

A photo was shared by Bharat Sahni, Riddhima Kapoor’s husband, who appears to be from the puja. Neetu Kapoor also shared a photo on Instagram with the framed portrait of Rishi Kapoor, adorned with a garland of Havana roses.

Earlier today, Neetu Kapoor remembered her late husband with a smile and recounted how they had accepted that “life would never be the same without him”. Rishi Kapoor passed away on April 30, 2020 after a two-year battle with cancer, leaving a huge void in the Hindi film industry.

A few months after his disappearance, Ranbir Kapoor who had wished to have a “ friendlier relationship ” with his father had mentioned how they got to spend a lot of time together during Rishi’s treatment days, and it had a big impact on his life.

“Just the time I spent with him the last two years, before he passed away, walking with him from the hotel to the hospital while he was receiving his chemotherapy, just walking in silence and being around.” him… Everything went so fast.
