Selena Gomez Wore 3 Coats in One Day While Filming ‘Only Murders in the Building’

Selena Gomez is back in New York to film her Hulu series Only murders in the building, and the paparazzi got a detailed look at her Season 2 wardrobe so far. The actress was pictured in three different coats on set today.
The first style was a comfortable lime green wrap coat. She wore her hair down and paired it with dark pants and lug-soled shoes.
Gomez’s second winter look was bronzed and even cozier. The actress was seen in cream culottes, black shoes and a camel plush coat with an oversized beige scarf.
Her latest look was a puffer jacket with a dazzling gray marble print, worn with cream pants. She accessorized with a cream scarf around her head. The weather outside in New York is a freezing 32 degrees, after all.
Only murders in the building Co-creator John Hoffman teased a bit with ELLE.com during a Twitter Spaces in October about what’s in store for Gomez’s character, Mabel, in Season 2.
“I think what’s going to be interesting in Season 2, not to say too much, but there’s a bit of expansion in all of their stories,” Hoffman said. “In New York, it doesn’t take long for an interesting story to hit the headlines. So there’s an expansion happening around everything in their life and in the podcast. I think there’s something in there that could help us expand the show, maybe beyond the building, in future seasons.
Regarding what happens to Mabel after the first season finale, Hoffman said, “That’s a real question, isn’t it? That’s a horrible way to put it. It’s a real question. They are all in the hot seat. They all chimed in, and Mabel is definitely still in the spotlight a bit more. The opportunity that could arise from this is what intrigues us as we enter a season two. Mabel’s life is going to get a little bigger in Season 2.”
