As part of an incredible 2 year partnership, Tikiboo is pleased to announce that we have raised a total of £ 95,390 for Breast Cancer Now.

We can’t thank our customers enough for helping us reach such an incredible total, to put it into perspective, here’s what the money could buy:

This could have funded over 3,100 hours of research. It’s research to try to find new ways to prevent, detect, treat, and possibly save lives from breast cancer.

£ 75,000 can:

Fund the microscopy for one year

The specialized microscopes at the Breast Cancer Now Research Center are supported by a dedicated team of experts, who maintain the equipment and train researchers for their experiments to understand how breast cancer grows and spreads, so that we can prevent this from happening in the future.

£ 20,000 can:

Help our scientists make more breakthroughs, faster

Your donation is sufficient to pay for the flow cytometry installation at our research center for an entire year. The machines at this facility use lasers to count and sort thousands of cells per minute. It takes a dedicated team of experts to maintain all this equipment, as well as to teach our scientists how to use it, so that we can make breakthroughs faster and more cheaply, hoping to end breast cancer deaths. even earlier.
