Watch Beyoncé’s Kids Blue Ivy, Sir and Rumi Carter in the Ivy Park Rodeo Kids Campaign
Beyoncé’s nine-year-old Grammy-winning daughter Blue Ivy Carter returned to her other public hobby today, modeling for her mother’s Ivy Park line in a new video released for Ivy Park Rodeo Kids . She was joined by her mother as well as her little brother and sister, four-year-old twins Rumi and Sir Carter. They all appeared alongside Bey in different frames during the 36-second commercial. But even if their appearances are brief, they are real stage thieves. Being a star is literally in their genes, after all:

Bey spoke a little bit about Blue when she spoke about her own journey to understanding what self-care really is for her in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, and how it affected her children.
“I think like many women, I felt the pressure to be the backbone of my family and my business and didn’t realize how much of an impact it has on my mental well-being and physical, ”Beyoncé began. “I didn’t always make myself a priority. I have personally struggled with insomnia on tour for more than half of my life. Years of wear and tear on my muscles from dancing in heels. Stress on my hair and skin, from sprays and dyes to the heat of a curling iron and wearing heavy makeup while sweating on stage. I have picked up many secrets and techniques over the years to be at my best for every show. But I know that to be the best I can be, I have to take care of myself and listen to my body.
“In the past, I spent too much time dieting, with the misconception that taking care of myself meant exercising and being overly aware of my body,” she continued. “My health, the way I feel when I wake up in the morning, my peace of mind, the number of times I smile, what I nourish my mind and body, these are the things I focus on . Mental health is also about taking care of yourself. I am learning to break the cycle of ill health and neglect, focusing my energy on my body and taking note of the subtle signs it is giving me. Your body is telling you everything you need to know, but I had to learn to listen. It’s a process of changing habits and looking past the bag of chips and chaos everywhere!
Then she explained how her own discoveries impacted her daughters Blue and Rumi: “During my forties, I went from being overdone to creating positive rituals inspired by generations past and giving my own twist. “she said. “I discovered CBD on my last tour and experienced its pain and inflammation benefits. It helped with my restless nights and the restlessness that comes from not being able to fall asleep. I have found healing properties in honey which are beneficial for me and my children. And now I’m building a hemp and honey farm. I even have beehives on my roof! And I am so happy that my daughters have the example of these rituals from me. One of my most satisfying moments as a mom is when I found Blue one day soaking in the tub with her eyes closed, using mixtures I created and taking the time for her- even to decompress and be at peace. I have so much to share… and more will be coming soon! “
