As many of us are now isolated, it would be really good for us to share home workouts and videos. If anyone has any great workouts, post them in the comments and let’s share! It is crucial at this time that we stay active and keep our spirits up.
My workout for the day is called: Deck of Cards
If you have a deck of cards, shuffle them well and assign each color an exercise, for example:
Hearts = aerial squats
Diamonds = sit-ups
Clubs = Burpees
Spades = Press Ups
For each card you turn over, you complete the allotted exercise plus the number of repetitions, that is, 10 of hearts will be 10 air squats. 6 of clubs is 6 burpees and so on …
Ace = 1
Jack = 10
Queen = 11
King = 12
Joker = 13
Cycle through the pack until all the exercises are completed.
The exercise lasts about 25 minutes.
There is no rush, just work at your own pace to finish your exercises.
